V. - GdO), Vinarije i vinograda Stone Castle, studentskih organizacija Univerziteta u Ljubljani i drugih.

The 8th Balkan Odonatological Meeting (BOOM 2018) was held from 3rd to 10th August 2018 in Kosovo. A total of 26 participants from ten countries (Slovenia, Kosovo, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Croatia, Germany, Netherlands and Finland) gathered which made a record number of countries present at the meeting so far. They have explored the fauna of dragonflies at 91 locations in almost the entire territory of Kosovo, from the slopes of Kopaonik and Prokletije Mts. in the north to the Šar planina Mt. in the south. In total, we recorded a total of 46 species, including some extremely interesting and rare species in the Balkans, such as Sympetrum depressiusculum and Sympetrum pedemontanum.
BOOM 2018 was organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" and the Slovene Dragonfly Society, and it was implemented with the support from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Kosovo, the Society of German-speaking Odonatologists (Gesellschaft deutschsprachiger Odonatologen e.
